Customers using Panorama Cloud Services plugin versions lower than 5.2.0-h84, 6.0.0-h65, or 6.1.0-h5 may experience an issue when attempting to enable or disable Prisma Browser (PB) on the Explicit Proxy Infrastructure page.




Affected Plugin Versions:


  • Versions prior to 5.2.0-h84 (for 5.2.x release)

  • Versions prior to 6.0.0-h65 (for 6.0.x release)

  • Versions prior to 6.1.0-h5 (for 6.1.x release)



Impact Scope:


  • First-time Prisma Browser Enablement: Customers attempting to enable PAB on the Explicit Proxy Infrastructure page for the first time do not see the option to enable Prisma Browser.

  • Existing Prisma Browser customers: Option to disable Prisma Browser is hidden

Recommended Action:


If you would like to enable or disable PB on the Explicit Proxy Infrastructure page, please upgrade your Panorama Cloud Services plugin to one of the following versions based on your current release:

Upgrade Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Panorama > Plugins
