Summary

We have identified intermittent disconnectivity issues affecting PAB users connected via Explicit Proxy (SWG) Security Processing Nodes (SPNs). Users may experience brief drops in connectivity over existing sessions.


Our engineering teams are currently investigating the root cause and working internally on a fix to restore full stability.

Affected Service: Prisma Access Browser access via Explicit Proxy (Secure Web Gateway) SPNs


Affected Users: PAB (Private Access Browser) users


Symptom: Intermittent connection resets or timeouts.


Next Steps

Mitigation: Internal teams are currently testing routing adjustments to stabilize affected SPNs.


Updates: We will provide further progress reports as a significant milestone is reached.

Workaround:

There is no work around at the moment
